Recognizes most songs in seconds, or less. Amazingly accurate every time. Gotta be clever software. Get it!

I change the free app for encore believing it would stop showing what shazamed Diplo, Colplay, Major Lazer, van Buren and thoose ... (well, if u don´t have anything good of someone better left unsaid) but NO, these ads are coming out, definitely the worst "improvement" of the app that was put on it so far. I feel I lost my money :S

Update: Sync has been added, and there are all my old tags, right there on the new phone! Shazam! Update: The sponsored tile has been removed, so Im happy now :) The new icon is a bit boring, I actually liked it when it was like the regular one but with a little more, wait for it... Shazam! However this is a minor nit, so 5 stars earned. Old news: Purchased Encore to remove ads, but the sponsored tile is still present. Granted, its blank, but thats just shoddy work! I expected more for $7. Remove it and Ill give a proper review.

Still tags songs (sometimes) but crashes every time I go to my tags to look and listen to them.

It does what it is supposed to do, but when going to my tagged songs I have some issues. The app has crashed 3 times in a row when trying to delete old tags. Hoping that new updates fix the issue

I had a ways loved and praised this app... Now it no longer works I my vehicle and just says "Try again when youre back online"... Very disappointing!!

Never had any problems until the last update. Now it wont connect while driving. Says it will try again when Im online. It has no problems updating its splash/news page - so not sure why it wont connect. Useless as-is...

I can always count on this app to find lyrics and music.

Error message continuous that I am offline when I am not...if it worked it is very useful but it seems they are going out of business or something

This used to be a great app.... Now it says that Im offline and will connect again when Im online later. Currently, its completely useless.

Since some sort of update it has been saying Im offline when Im not. Even worse, it offers little help for me to solve the issues and suggests I check my other apps - well, Im not "offline" and they work! Thinking I might uninstall if this goes much longer and theres no fix. Im on an iPhone 6s. Ive attempted reinstalling and rebooting to no avail.

So, Ive been using Shazam since the day it became an iPhone app... Long story short, it hasnt worked for about 2months. It will constantly take forever to load and warn me that "your offline" every time it sends the voice sample. It doesnt matter where I am, on wifi or not, it just doesnt work. Whats more frustrating is that it doesnt save the file so Ill never know what songs Im looking for. Super disappointing for a paid-app....

Shazam connects to Spotify great.... But if i open Spotify, the song isnt shown as playing through spotify. Im a little disappointed in that

Recent updates have trashed the app. Doesnt identify songs anymore.

How about doing updates to the app people paid for before the free app. New integration to Apple Music and update yesterday to free app but not your PAYING customers????? Get the priorities straight

After using this App for years, I expected to only get better not worse. First If I decide to Shazam any song which let’s be honest they usually play from my phone, will cut my feed and play the song from the phone speaker. I mean who decided this is a good idea guys? now with your App not functioning and me relying heavily to use it since I love exploring new music, I have to leave your App and use other alternative apps. I wish you would’ve made changes sooner or I’m not sure if you will and also would sounded more sincere when someone emails you guys.

Why Shazam Encore not updated to version 9.4.1?

I love this app. This is my go-to when I want to discover what is playing around me. "Gotta catch-Em all". Except, I dont understand why the unpaid version has been updated with better Apple Music support than this paid version. Would love to see Encore updated with some extra special features soon. Hate to use the ad riddled Shazam just for Apple Music support after spending $ on Encore.

I thought by paying THAT much it was going to be like 100% better than the free one, it is like forgotten compared to the other one, now that they got the Apple Music support, really? I mean, we should be the first ones to have that, guess Im going to use the free one...
